Keith Treadway

Senior Pastor

Pastor Treadway is the Senior pastor at BBC.  Keith and his wife, Dawn, graduated from Cedarville University with Bachelor of Arts degrees.  Keith received a Masters of Education degree from Florida Atlantic University and a Masters of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary.   He was ordained into the Gospel ministry in 1994 and has experience as a senior pastor, associate pastor, children’s pastor, Christian School Administrator, and Christian School teacher.  His most recent pastorate was in Dallas, TX.  Keith and his wife, Dawn, are the parents of two boys and two girls ranging from elementary to high school ages.

Bill Carmichael

Associate Pastor

     Pastor Carmichael serves as the mentor for the BBC Seniors.  He is also prominent in church visitation .   Bill and his wife, Lois, served for many years with Evangelical Baptist Missions, most recently in the field of Great Britain in church-planting.

Dan Murphy

Associate Pastor

     Pastor Murphy leads the music and programming areas of the church ministry.  He leads and/or oversees the ministry of the adult choir, children's choir, orchestra, and various worship ensembles, and assists in other pastoral responsibilities.  A graduate of Moody Bible Institute, Dan joined the pastoral staff in 2000.  He and his wife, Wendy, have three children; Julia, and twins Shawn and Sarah.

Paul Weaver

Associate Pastor

     Pastor Weaver serves as the BBC Youth Pastor.   He previously served six years as Youth Pastor and Associate Pastor in Remus, MI prior to joining BBC in 2008.  He was ordained into the ministry in 2005.  Paul and his wife, Stephanie, are graduates of Cedarville College.  They enjoy sports and backpacking -- Paul runs, while Steph enjoys singing.  They were married in 1998 and have two daughters, Laura and Colleen.
