Where Imperfect Families Meet a Perfect God
We believe that God created the church and the family with the same purpose: to build faith in the next generation. Wouldn’t it be amazing if we worked together? That’s why at Bible Baptist Church, we are committed to partnering with parents to reach children for Christ and connecting them to God’s bigger story for their lives. We recognize that parents and guardians have the ultimate spiritual responsibility for their children. They are the most important influence in their children’s lives. However, they are not the only influence that a child needs. Through caring, God-centered volunteers, we use every opportunity to reinforce Biblical principles in the lives of our kids.
We also recognize that every family is at a different place. Some families have devotions every night. Some families are lucky to eat dinner together once a week. Our purpose isn’t to create a perfect family. Our purpose is to help imperfect families meet a perfect God. It is through our mistakes and brokenness that God reveals His story of love, redemption, and restoration.
Parents can’t do it alone.
Neither can we.
That is why each of our programs work together to help families make the next step with their children to meet and build a relationship with a perfect God.
The Backyard meets every Sunday morning at 10:15am. We help kindergarten through 5th grade kids meet a perfect God by helping them understand how to apply Biblical teachings to their everyday life.
Awana meets every Wednesday during the school year from 6:20pm to 8:00pm. We help kids that are 3 years old through 6th grade meet a perfect God by memorizing God’s word.
Children’s choirs meet on Sunday evenings throughout the school year from 6:00pm – 7:00pm. We help kindergarten through 5th grade kids meet a perfect God by showing them how to use their talents to share Him with others.
