Admission Checklist

• Application Form
Complete the Application Form and submit it to the School Office with the application fee.

• Application Fee (Non-Refundable)
The application is not complete without the non-refundable $75 application fee. Please make checks payable to Kokomo Christian School.

• Financial Aid
Applications for financial aid are available upon request.

• Report Card/Transcript
A copy of the student’s most recent report card must be included with the student’s application.

• Immunization Record/Physical Form
Please submit a copy of the applicant’s current immunization record and Physical Form.
