Mary Baer Mary Baer served with her husband Phil until his death in 1999 as Wycliffe Translators to the Lacondone Indians of Southern Mexico. Phil and Mary were our church’s first missionaries. Mary is now retired but still active in translation work, visiting the field as needed for the work. Supported by BBC since 1946
Eleanor Brittain Eleanor, with her late husband Stan, retired from Baptist Mid-Missions where they served as church planting missionaries for several years. Locations of service include Liberia, Hawaii and California. Now living in California, she is still able to go calling with a group from her local church. Supported by BBC since 1973
Elva Barber Elva retired from Baptist Mid-Missions after 64 years of Missionary Service in Brazil. She served in Juazeiro de Norte, Ceara, Brazil, until moving to MI to live with her daughter. While in Brazil, she taught in the seminary, directed the statewide Sunday School Visuals Lending Library and worked with the children in her church. Elva says, Don't stop praying for me now. I don't intend to stop serving the Lord just because I am not returning to Brazil. Supported by BBC since 1955
Bill & Lois Carmichael The Carmichael's served in Formby, England as pastor in a church planting ministry. Bill and Lois are now serving at Bible Baptist Church in Kokomo, IN in a ministry to the Seniors and in Visitation. Supported by BBC since 1976
Carson & Joyce Fremont Carson retired after nearly 50 years of serving in Hong Kong and the Philippines. However, he and his wife, Joyce, continue to make extended trips to the Far East, teaching seminary classes and assisting in churches. Supported by BBC since 1959
Ellis & Carol Gaston The Gaston's served as missionaries to American Indians in the Southwest for many years. In retirement, Ellis continues to speak in churches, help in camp ministry, and provide New Testaments to truckers at nearby truck stops. Supported by BBC since 1968
Beulah Hager
Beulah served from 1952 to 1975 in the Dominican Republic and now with Spanish work in South Carolina. She conducts a Hispanic ladies Bible class and teacher training seminars. Supported by BBC since 1969
Lucy Hogue Lucy served with her husband in church planting for many years. She now makes her home in Mooresville, IN, where she is active in her church & community. Supported by BBC since 1958
Maxine McCullough Maxine served the Lord in Brazil for many years with her late husband, Dynes. She now lives in Sebring, FL, and was active in her church and community until she was disabled by a fall & complications last year. She appreciates our continued prayers for her. Dave & Carol Richards The Richards served in South Africa as church planters. In retirement, they continue to encourage the South African churches through prayer, letters, and occasional visits, as well as being active in their local church in North Carolina. Supported by BBC since 1974
Don & Betty Ross Don & Betty remain active after retiring as director of Harvest Productions, the film and video arm of EBM, producing evangelistic videos in many languages and cultures. Supported by BBC since 1976
Gene & Doris Stockton The Stocktons served as supply missionaries on Spanish-speaking fields until their retirement in 2002. Supported by BBC since 1962
Bill & Rosie Stoner After serving in several different European countries, the Stoners now live in Grand Rapids. Bill helps in a rehab hospital as an interpreter & ministers in a Baptist church with a group of Spanish believers. Supported by BBC since 1968

extensively giving guidance and enlisting prayer & financial support for
Bible correspondence courses, theological training, church planting,
Christian schools, children’s homes, printing, and radio broadcasting in
Asian countries.

Dave & Elaine Marshall
The Marshalls had been serving in the “Double Harvest” project in Haiti
since Dave retired as Evangelical Baptist Mission’s General Director.
“Double Harvest” provides work and food from 150 acres of farmland, as
well as a school, a medical clinic, and a church. The Marshalls are now
retired living in VA.

Dee
recently moved to Ohio after serving with the JOY Club ministry in North
Carolina for many years. She was involved in various teaching ministries in
the promotion & establishment of clubs for boys & girls.
